How Does Our 'Extravaganza' Work?
YOU ARE THE FOCUS OF THE WHOLE EXTRAVAGANZA
If you sign up as a 'Seasonal Sponsor'....
You'll be featured on our website (made accessible to our Extravaganza Participants). You will be promoted throughout our exclusive New Year / Valentine / 2023 games (raffles)... These are 'raffles with exciting twists...'...
10,000s of Raffle Participants are not only being invited BUT ALSO uniquely incentivised to browse your website and engage with your products/services. (These Participants are also potential Shoppers, who could choose to buy your products/services independently, as well as taking part in the raffles)
These Raffle Participants are incentivised because...
A. One of the raffles is FREE.
B. The other is almost free.
To take part in our raffle(s), these participants must simply browse and choose their favourite products and services (from any/all of our Sponsors' websites) and submit a free raffle ticket for each of the prizes they would MOST like to win. (Participants can submit unlimited raffle tickets).

What do Rafflers/Participants have to do, to take part in the two raffles?
WILD WINNINGS RAFFLE
To take part in the 'Wild Winnings Raffle', Rafflers/Participants start HERE then click through to and browse whichever of our Sponsors' websites they wish to: then choose their favourite products and services (up to £30). They can submit unlimited tickets stating which products/services they would like as prizes (should they win the Raffle).

To take part in the 'Shopaholics Raffle', Rafflers/Participants can take part by having bought something (a product or service, even if it was just £1) already from one of our sponsors. They then click through to and browse whichever of our Sponsors' websites they wish to and choose their favourite products and services (up to £50). They can submit unlimited tickets, stating which products/services they would like as a prize (should they win the Raffle).

WHEN WILL THE RAFFLES BE DRAWN?
The two raffles - the Wild Winnings Raffle and the Shopaholics Raffle - will be drawn 31st January 2023.
ONGOING ENGAGEMENT (CONVERTING TO SALES) WITH RAFFLERS WHO DIDN'T WIN!
Life & living is tough at the minute for a lot of us and we could all do with a break.
I think that there's a great opportunity (through this extravaganza) for potential Shoppers and Sponsors to both benefit through engagement after the draws have been called and some people have found out that they haven't won the products/services that they actually now want...
Due to GDPR (as you know) we can't introduce you directly to anyone who has chosen your products/services as a prize BUT you can, through us, have offers - here's TEN IDEAS - in mind for us to pass on, on your behalf (we have a list of ten ideas that can be given you, to help you to engage and convert sales in the perfect way to suit you and to make a profit).
Either way, I think that there's a lot of ways that Sponsors and Rafflers (who are also potential shoppers) could help one another to make sales/make purchases and build wonderful, long term relationships, in the name of our planet and wildlife (hurray)!

SUBMITTING THEIR RAFFLE TICKETS
They will choose their favourite products/services and submit them as their hoped for prizes (they can submit unlimited tickets: one ticket per choice of the product/service that they want as a potential prize)...
THE PRIZE WINNERS
When the Prize Winners are announced, we will either...
Buy the prize directly from the Sponsor they have chosen (if the prize is under £30) and give the Prize Winner the change to spend with any other Sponsor they choose (eg. maybe they have £4 left over that they can use to contribute to an item/service that they now wish to purchase from one of our Sponsors).
If the prize is worth more than £30 - we will pay the Sponsor in question £30 and then introduce them by email to the Prize winner so that they can settle up with the Prize Winner directly and they will pay yourdirectly for the rest that is owed, to purchase the product/service.

Because we will be making sure that we’re constantly engaging with our participants, reminding them that they have ‘X’ days to go until the raffles are drawn, suggesting that they check out the companies they haven’t looked into yet (especially those that might have seemed a little weird and wonderful but might actually fulfil their wildest dreams)….
We’ll be letting participants know - educating them - on why your products and services are so important and why buying them (switching to them) benefits our planet (and thus, us humans).
This is a chance to celebrate and stand together, having fun and enjoying playing some fabulous, honest games together, whilst helping one another to align more with our planet.

By participating in this festive game-playing extravaganza, we are also all saving the lives of our UK wildlife, ensuring that UKWT can keep building the supportive structure around Vet Practices and Wildlife Rescues around the UK, empowering Vet Practices to support wildlife and filling in the transport gap (between members of the public, Rescues and Vets) so that no wild animal is left injured or poorly, without access to hopefully life saving medical care, during 2023.
AN EXTRA WAY TO INCENTIVISE YOUR OWN AUDIENCE ON YOUR OWN SOCIAL MEDIA TO ENGAGE AND PURCHASE FROM YOU
You can share the raffle on your own social media (also letting your audience know that you have taken part in this festive event in order to help our UK wildlife) inviting people to choose which prizes they might want from your website (incentivising them to engage with you and find out more about you as they might win one of your products/services for free, in the name of supporting wildlife).

The ticket submissions database (the tickets that Rafflers are submitting, stating the products/services they are choosing as their prizes) will be constantly monitored: if any of our Sponsors/Partners are getting less attention than others, they will be given some extra promotion across our social media (and in emails to participants) to get our audience and Extravaganza participants newly interested and engaging with their websites.

This New Year 'Wild Winnings Extravaganza' will help us all to kick off 2023 in style, with hope and happiness.
