This equates to our planet, as a whole, being a wilder, more self loving planet.

This is what I am presenting in this online event (as a talk & Q&A)... I am going to be proving (I hope) that we humans are born from our planet as part of a planetary community of wild, perfect, equal & fundamentally free planetary creatures and I am going to be presenting how we are born with the birthright to live our perfect lives (our best lives) whatever that might be for each of us and I will also be touching on how that might lead to our whole planet thriving.

Getting Prepared: Offering Emergency Assistance To A UK Wildlife Casualty/Orphan...
Why am I holding this event & how do I know what I'm talking about?

Running UK Wildlife Transporters for almost 3 years now, we have received the same types of calls, from people who have found wildlife casualties/orphans, many 1000s of times. In most cases, the callers have been trying for hours (sometimes for days) to get the basic information that this event is offering (where to find help and what to do for the animal in the meantime). In a lot of cases, the wrong food had already been given to the casualty, while the caller tried to find help (sometimes any food/water at all is wrong) and the casualties had been kept in inappropriate conditions that had lessened their chances of survival. All of this is preventable as long as you are prepared when you find a wildlife casualty.

In a lot of cases, due to the time it took to find help and the wrong care being given (with the best of intentions) the casualties/orphans didn't survive, when they might have done if the caller had been prepared and had found the right help a lot faster.
​
The aim of this event is to make sure that you're prepared to help a wildlife casualty/orphan in advance of Spring/Summer (when one almost inevitably appears at some point in your life) so that it is a speedy and rewarding experience, for yourself and hopefully the animal too.​
​
To make this event affordable to all, you can set your own ticket price (as a donation). This event is being held as part of an emergency fundraiser to get UKWT ready to ensure that at least 10,000 wildlife casualties/orphans get to medical & rehabilitative care during 2024.

What Is A 'Wild' Space?
This event is to enable you to develop your outdoor space (a community space or your garden/patio/balcony/windowsill) to become what I have termed a 'Happiness Hub'...
While wildscaping a CHURCH (and the surrounding land) over one summer, a volunteer asked me, “Are you creating a biodiversity hub?” and the thought popped into my mind, “No, this is a ‘Happiness Hubʼ.”
​
A ‘Happiness Hubʼ is a place of opportunity & balance: uniting the needs of every being who would desire to utilise that space (local humans, botanical, animal & bug life) and finding the best way that can be thought of, to co-exist in harmony together.
​
Whether the land then becomes an Ecologistʼs ‘biodiversity idealʼ is secondary and a cheerful accident. During this online event, I will be presenting what a Happiness Hub is in more detail and we can all go through some questions together, to help you to find out what you might want your 'Happiness Hub' to be like.

'Treating The Common Conditions of Wildlife In A UK Practice'.
Dr Sharon Williams, Practice Partner & Veterinary Surgeon, runs a Vet Practice in Heswall, UK and provides emergency care to a great number of wildlife casualties & orphans.
​
Sharon is going to be sharing about her experiences of treating common conditions in wildlife, as a Vet Surgeon, in practice. (This an event event that can count as CPD).
​
There will be a Q&A session at the end of Sharon's talk.
​
All attendees will also be invited (should you wish to) to fill out a survey afterwards on any other wildlife CPD topics that you might find of value, for future events.
​
[All profits from this event will be split 50/50 between UKWT (funding our emergency wildlife transport service that provides Vet Practices & Wildlife Rescues with transport support) and Sharon herself, helping her to fund her own wildlife rescue and other animal rescue work.
