'Wildlife Transport Form'..

This is something new that I have started implementing with Vet Practices that we pick up from & it's proven very successful.

Previously, Vet Practices have always been asked for this same information but it was in their own format and it wasn't always as detailed as we needed it to be. To offer extra support to Vet Practices, when moving an animal on, they now have this form to be filled in by the Vet Practice in advance of the animal(s) being picked up - and I get a quick picture of the filled in form in advance, for our records - to be taken with the animal, to a Wildlife Rescue.

It's helped a lot in making sure that we have every bit of info that we need, to pass on with the animal, for their ongoing care...
